Infrared Thermography Certification
ITC Infrared Thermography Certification is the gold-standard qualification within the thermography industry. ITC certification verifies that a thermographer can:
- Operate an infrared camera
- Collect quality data
- Produce professional infrared inspection reports
- Understand the techniques and limitations of infrared thermography for specific applications
ITC is the perfect place to get high-quality interactive thermography training all over the world, provided by the most qualified international thermography instructors: from ITC Category I–III and DIN EN ISO 9712 TT certifications to specialized instruction in building diagnostics, electrical and industrial inspection, optical gas imaging, R&D, and other application areas.
Current thermography certification is written proof of your up-to-date professional infrared qualifications. Ongoing recertification keeps your credentials current and ensures that your thermography qualifications are recognized wherever you go and wherever you work.
All ITC-certified thermographers must complete the following to renew their certification level:
- Meet continuing education or professional contribution requirements
- Maintain continued active employment in thermography
- Demonstrate efforts to keep current on new developments
All certifications, including renewed certifications, are valid for five years.
